North Star takes great pride in the academic achievements of our students. The online homeschooling curriculum for each grade level has been designed to provide the proper homeschooling elements necessary to learn grade level appropriate skills, while successfully preparing our students for the next grade level.

Traditional Printed Materials

The following courses are available in a printed material version. This is eat option for students that prefer books or lack the required technology for the other North Star programs.

• Advanced math courses include Algebra 1-2, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus

• English courses that cover literary analysis, critical thinking skills, essay-writing and research reports, and comprehensive studies of various styles of prose

• Advanced Science courses covering topics such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

• Social Studies courses that include U.S. History, World History, Civics & Government, and Human Geography

• Honors, AP courses, World Languages, Elective courses, and student clubs are also available.

Computer Based Materials

The following courses are available in a DVD Rom computer version. This is a great option for students that prefer a technology based platform for North Star programs.
